What you are buying
A payment to Socialbids buys placement of your submitted video link on our public leaderboards, ranked by the total amount paid within each board's time window. Placement is paid promotion — it is bought, not earned. There is no chance element: your rank is a direct function of amounts paid.
Payments are final
All payments are non-refundable, including when another bidder outranks you, when a board's time window moves past your payment, or when your video is removed for breaking these terms.
Your content
By submitting a video URL you confirm you have the right to promote that video. Submit only content you own or are authorized to promote.
What we remove
We remove, without refund, videos that are sexually explicit, illegal, hateful, or dangerous; videos targeting private individuals; and anything we reasonably judge to harm the board or its visitors. Our moderation decision is final.
No guarantees
We do not guarantee clicks, views, uptime, or any outcome from placement. Click counts are approximate.
Processing
Payments are processed by our merchant-of-record payment provider, which handles cards, taxes, and payment data. We never see or store card details.
